CRM for WooCommerce

At Acronx, we are committed to developing an advanced CRM and business system that significantly aids small and medium-sized enterprises. Initially, we achieved our goal, but we realized we could go further. Our next step was to integrate our system with online stores, making our CRM a plugin for WooCommerce.

Understanding the Needs of WooCommerce Users

What Do WooCommerce Store Users Need for Their Business Operations?

After reviewing numerous examples, we discovered that WooCommerce users primarily:

  • Sell products through their online stores
  • Receive orders and payments
  • Process orders, issue invoices, and manage shipping

Many users rely on external programs for invoicing, which can be expensive or poorly adapted, causing time losses. The next step involves shipping, often managed by courier services, which requires coordination and label printing. This process, while less time-consuming than personal deliveries, still demands significant input from store owners.

What Tasks Do WooCommerce Users Spend Most of Their Time On?

Our analysis revealed that store owners spend most of their time on:

  • Creating and printing invoices
  • Providing order details to couriers
  • Printing shipping labels

How Acronx CRM Simplifies WooCommerce Business Operations

Key Functionalities of Acronx CRM Integration

We identified three key functionalities to reduce workload and simplify operations for WooCommerce store owners:

  1. Integration of WooCommerce with Acronx CRM: Facilitates seamless data transfer.
  2. Order to Invoice Conversion: Simplifies document issuance.
  3. Shipping Module Integration: Streamlines label creation and handover to couriers.

Integration of WooCommerce with Acronx CRM

Our focus is on two-way data transfer with minimal delay and intervention in the WooCommerce plugin to ensure smooth store operations. During initial integration, products and customer data are transferred from WooCommerce to the CRM. This includes:

  • Product Data: SKU, stock, weight, price, VAT, dimensions, and EAN code.
  • Customer Data: Name, address, postal code, country, company, phone number, and email address.

Once integrated, orders from the online store are automatically transferred to Acronx, enabling complete order processing within the CRM system.

Transferring Orders to Shipping and Printing Courier Labels

WooCommerce orders are marked and transferred to Acronx under the orders module. The store administrator reviews the order, determines the weight, and prepares courier labels. The order is then sent to the dispatch module, changing its status to "in shipping." Further status changes occur as the courier picks up and delivers the package, with all updates reflected in WooCommerce.

Receiving Payments and Creating Invoices

After receiving payments, store owners must issue invoices. Orders transferred from WooCommerce can be moved to the invoices module in Acronx, where all necessary data is collected. The store owner confirms the invoice, generates the document, and sends it directly to the customer's email.
