This Third-Party Integrations API Privacy Notice ("API Notice") is designed to assist you in understanding how we will collect and use the information if you authorize us to access from certain third-party accounts as specified in this API Notice to enhance your user experience by integrating with your use of our services, including, for example, the Acronx service offerings (“Services”). Your use of the Services will be covered by our Privacy Policy (Acronx Privacy Policy), and this API Notice is intended to supplement the Privacy and covers only your information obtained from your third-party accounts specified below. It does not cover any other data collection or processing, including without limitation the data about your client that we host for you via our Services. For the purposes of our Policy, when we refer to "you" or to a "customer" we mean any past, current or prospective customer of Acronx.

If you authorize us to access your third-party account or functionality described in this API Notice, we may collect that information as you specify to help centralize communications in our Services. Your information will be stored in our Services and protected as set forth in this API Notice, our Privacy Policy and our Data Security Statement (Acronx Data Security Statement).
If you grant us permission, we may access your:
Gmail and we will import all received and sent messages with the “Inbox” and “Sent” labels into our Services so you can better manage your communications by connecting messages with your current and future contacts.
Microsoft Exchange or Outlook Services and we will integrate information with our Services, which may include syncing and backing up email messages, calendar events, and contacts so you are better able to manage appointments, contacts, and communications with your clients.

Use & Sharing
Unless further limited herein, we will only use, transfer, and store your information as permitted in our Privacy Policy and this API Notice, and by authorizing use to access your account, you give us consent for such purposes. We will only use, transfer, and store your Gmail information to provide or enhance the Services, to comply with applicable law or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, for security purposes, for internal operations, or after the information has been aggregated and anonymized. By authorizing us to access your Gmail information, you give us consent to view specific messages consistent with these uses and to provide support services to you. We will not use or transfer your information for serving ads, including retargeting, personalized, or interested based advertising. You can request deletion of your account, and we will delete related user data except to the extent we are permitted or required to retain the information (for example, for legal, financial, compliance, or fraud prevention purposes), or if the data has been anonymized.

Changes to this API Notice
If we make any material change to this API Notice, we will post the revised API Notice to this web page and update the “Effective on” date above. If we materially change the way our Services use your information, you may be notified and required to consent to such changes before continuing to use the integration or Services.
