Basic CRM with invoice

Creation of orders is fast and easy. When creating a new one, you put in customer and most of the required fields are already filled. Then you add idents and attachments and order is finished. Now it can be sent directly to customer or stored for later use.

Idents module is a place for creation and storage of data for all your products and services. Created idents hold information like main properties, technical information, all purchasing and selling information, creation information and stock. You can assign them all prices, costs and VAT rates that are used. They are meant to be used in all other modules with positions.

Module tasks are one of the largest and most interconnected functionalities of CRM. They can be created almost everywhere and have connections to many other modules. You can use them in cooperation with reminders and notifications. They can be sent internally over Acronx, if the creator and target of the task both use the software. Second way to send a task is by mail and third is to send it by SMS.

This module offers the option of creating reports from all the data stored in the CRM. It is a perfect tool for marketing departments in the companies, because searchability and organization of data becomes an easy task.

The Supply module is designed for generating and dispatching supply orders to a company's suppliers. It functions similarly to the Order module in that it helps create informational documents. However, unlike orders which are directed at customers, supply orders target suppliers. This module is especially useful for planning restocks of materials and products.
