Application settings in our CRM system are conveniently divided into two categories: administration and user settings, each serving distinct purposes.

Administration settings

When adjustments are made within the administration section, they have a global impact, influencing all users across the CRM. Here are the key options available:

  1. Language and Region:

    • Configure language preferences, date formats, and decimal settings universally for seamless collaboration.
  2. Tables:

    • Tailor the display by setting the number of rows in tables, ensuring a personalized view for optimal user experience.
  3. SMS:

    • Define the sender name for SMS messages sent from the CRM, maintaining a consistent and professional communication channel.
  4. Customer:

    • Establish the default currency for customers, streamlining transactions and financial interactions.
  5. Tasks:

    • Customize default parameters such as title, description, status, priority, and reminders, enhancing efficiency in task management.
  6. Projects, Invoices, and More:

    • Configure default fields for projects, invoices, received invoices, delivery notes, receipts, orders, supply, opportunities, reclamations, and travel orders. Additionally, edit the invoice number generation code for precision.
