Fiscalization, tax confirmation

Fiscalization is a process required only in specific countries; thus, the functionality is available only to users who set Slovenia as their country in the basic settings of the licensing module.

Once the country is set, a fiscalization section will appear in the settings menu.

Click on the fiscalization section and activate fiscalization by clicking the checkbox. Upon activation, mandatory fields will appear that need to be filled out for proper operation. First, enter your company's tax number. Then, upload the certificate you received from the e-tax service into the certificate field, and enter the password that came with it in the password field.

Next, proceed to enter business premises. To add a new business premise, click on the plus button and fill in all the required information in the window that appears. When finished, click the 'add' button.

Continue by entering the electronic device that will be used for issuing invoices. It is necessary to define a unique ID for the device and the business premise to which it is linked.

After entering all the data, review the internal act at the end. This document is automatically generated after entering all mandatory data, and the company needs it as an official document in which all the data required for fiscalization are defined. Check if everything is filled out correctly and save the document to your local computer or server, as you will need it in case of an inspection visit. Click on the 'update company CRM' button to save the settings, then proceed with the activation process in your company's CRM.

User authorization

Start with user authorization. Go to administration under users, click on the user you want to enable to issue fiscalized invoices, and click the 'edit user' button. A user window will open where you can enter the information needed for successful fiscalization. Enter the user’s code/nickname, tax number, and assign them the electronic device, then click on the 'update user' button.

Setting Up Codelists

Next, manage the codelists. Go to administration and open codelists. Find the codelist for types of payments. In this codelist, you can mark the types of payments where fiscalization is mandatory.

Finally, go to administration, application settings, and click on fiscalization. Here, define the types of documents, payment types, and document templates that will be fiscalized.

With this, the fiscalization setup is complete, and authorized users can now issue fiscalized invoices.
