Payment with QR codes
Acronx CRM simplifies payment processing by offering the ability to generate documents, such as invoices, with embedded QR codes. Customers can conveniently pay by scanning the QR code, streamlining the payment process and reducing manual input. This feature enhances efficiency and provides a seamless experience for both businesses and their clients.
Here is a step-by-step procedure for paying through QR codes:
- Receive the Invoice: You’ll receive an invoice or document that includes a QR code, either electronically or in print.
- Open Your Payment App: Launch your bank app or a payment app (like PayPal, Google Pay, or any other QR code-enabled platform).
- Scan the QR Code: In the app, find the option to scan a QR code, usually located in the “Pay” or “Scan” section.
- Align the QR Code: Hold your smartphone camera over the QR code on the invoice, ensuring the entire code is visible within the scanning frame.
- Confirm Payment Details: Once the QR code is scanned, the app will automatically populate the payment details (such as the amount and recipient). Review to ensure everything is correct.
- Approve the Payment: Confirm the payment by tapping the “Pay” or “Confirm” button, and authenticate if necessary (via PIN, fingerprint, or facial recognition).
- Receive Confirmation: After successful processing, you’ll receive a payment confirmation on the app and sometimes via email or SMS.
This method makes invoice payments fast, easy, and secure.
