Orders

Creating an offer

Start the offer creation by clicking the "Add Order" button.

General fields

The invoice number is automatically filled in after saving and confirming the offer. The document number is generated based on the document type. The general document type can be set in the settings (Administration > Application Settings > Orders).

The payment days field is linked to the payment date field. Filling in either of these fields will automatically fill in the other.

The status offers a code list to determine the status of the offer. In administration, you can set the general status states (Administration > Application Settings > Orders).

The document type is crucial as it determines the offer number. The general document type can be set in the settings (Administration > Application Settings > Orders).

In administration, you can set data that will automatically populate general fields. It is also possible to configure document number generation.

Adding customers

  1. To add customers to the offer, you have a sidebar on the right offering a list of customers populated from the customer module.
  2. The module also allows direct addition of a customer without closing the offer module.

Adding products, discounts, and rebates

During offer creation, there is a window with items for adding products.

To add a product to an item, click on "Select Item."

To edit the quantity of products, click on the number field below "quantity" and manually adjust it.

Discounts are automatically applied to the item if specified on the product itself. For manual editing, click on the number.

To add rebates, click on the "Rebates" button.

Clicking on the "Sale Price" button opens a list of prices retrieved from products. 

The window can display retail, trade, or wholesale prices.

Payments

After clicking the "Save Order" button, a payment module appears on the offer. Record received payments for the specific offer.
When adding a payment, a window opens where you enter the amount, payment date, payment method, and currency. Payments added to the module are considered in calculating the "due" amount.

Additional features

At the top of saved and confirmed offers, buttons for additional functions appear:

  1. Button to change layouts on the offer.
  2. Directly send the offer to the customer.
  3. Create a complaint related to the offer.
  4. Cancel/void the offer (the program generates a negative offer).
  5. Create a document using a template.
