Woocommerce

Connecting Acronx CRM with your online store enables the transfer of items, customers, and orders to the CRM, and the processing of these orders in the Dispatch module, where orders can be prepared for shipping. You can assign a courier service and print the necessary labels for pickup. Additionally, customers receive feedback on the status of their orders, offers for payment by pro forma invoice, and invoices after payment is completed.

To set up the connection, you need three things:

  • An online store with the Woocommerce plugin installed.
  • An instance of Acronx CRM with the Woocommerce and Dispatch modules purchased.
  • The Acronx plugin.

1. Installing the Acronx Plugin

The process begins on the WordPress dashboard of your online store:

  1. In the sidebar menu, find and open the "Plugins" section.
  2. Click on the "Add New" button.
  3. Click on the "Upload Plugin" button, then "Choose File" and upload the Acronx.zip file.
  4. Once the plugin is uploaded, activate it.
